If you want a quick tooth extraction, this place is for you. If you don't want to feel it, well than you're in for a surprise. The Dr. gave me novocaine and the immediately pulled my tooth. If he thought I couldn't feel anything, he is mistaken. I thought it was called Gentle Dental? Nothing was gentle about it.
Well the dental service was great. But I am having issue with their $57 offer to new patients. I would go through my insurance and pay $0 out of pocket by doing exam and teeth cleaning. But because as a new patient, you HAVE TO take their offer (yes! You have to! Not optional) , I paid $57 out of pocket. And I didn’t realise I can’t go through my insurance until I was at checkout desk. That was a big surprise.
RecommendedNo offense but if anyone would rather go get their eyelids scraped with a razor blade then go to the dentist like me then this is your office! I absolutely HATE HATE HATE dentist appointments thanks to a few very bad experiences from my childhood and again in my early 20's that have forever scarred me! I get so anxious about a week before my appointments - I have trouble sleeping, eating, thinking..... Everything!!!
