I do have to give the dentist credit, though, she is not insisting I wear a crown that does not fit in my mouth. She is willing to have it redone. That is one thing in her favor.

One of the dentists here told me that I needed $4,800 worth of work. I asked my church for help paying the bill. The church asked me to get a 2nd opinion. The 2nd dentist said that I did not need the work that Gentle Dental said I needed, and fixed the problem for $580. I've had no troubles since.

My experience with the dental hygenist, I believe her name was Kathy?, was not pleasant. She was very rough, and after telling her several times to please be more gentle, she said basically told me to just let her do her job. She went on and on about my dental care, which according to the dentists I've had over the years is excellent, even suggesting I have crowns put on my teeth. Her manner...

Appointment was at 11, it was 11:50 before they finally began xrays. Halfway through a different dental assistant interrupted and said that the dentist was performing an impression and preferred the dental assistant that was currently doing my x-ray so they needed to switch. Then I was brought into an exam room until 1 pm before the dentist came in after I complained. The dentist then realized...

The last three times we've been to the office, we've had to wait well over an hour for a simple check-up and cleaning. On our last visit, our dentist and her staff seemed stressed and were openly snippy with one another in front of us. It was awkward & uncomfortable. The front office staff is helpful, very friendly, and great with the kids.

Appointment was at 2:30 and i arrived there 20minuties before and filled out papers afte 15min when i got ther took me 10 min. To finished and i did NOT went un there 1hour after. NEED TO BE MORE ORGANIZE ON EVERYTHING.

Having cancer, I have had the privilege of meeting more than my share of doctors offices and by far this is the most incompetent medical staff I have ever come across.

Perhaps it just takes a little Internet to help raise the stars at a place. I used to have to wait up to an hour to be seen at this office, but the last 2 times I've gone, there' has been almost no wait time. Hope they keep that up! The only thing that kept me coming back to this office was the hygienist and the dentist... they are the best I've ever been to.

I'm definitely going to shop around and get second opinions.I spent over $7000.00 with you guys I surely would expect I wouldn't have to give you the going price. If you want to keep me as a patient I would think you would stay competitive.
