they refuse to do the work that they schedule for...took my daughter to get a root canal finished...was told we weren't scheduled for treatment when we checked in, dentist said he would work on her tooth, then after being there for an hour and a half was told that he wasn't gonna have time to work on her tooth

I've been here 3 times over the past couple years for my twice yearly routine cleanings. One of the first things they make you do as you sit in the dentist chair is sign and initial waiver forms. They stand over you pressuring you to sign quickly so you can't actually read what you're signing away to them. In the 2 months that I was a patient, I experienced 4 scheduling problems that were all the fault of this office. The staff think that patients don't work and can drop everything to bump up their appointments to that very day. They will also cancel your appointments without telling you. And when you inquire, they can never explain what happened, who causes the mix up, and never seem to have any remorse over the inconvenience they put patients through.
