It’s a supper clean , organized everyone is so attentive to the patients starting with Dr Guerra to his secretaries .. I live in Providence and drive to Franklin for the great service I recommend it 💯 % I love dr Guerra and his amazing Crew
Love this office! Chelsea is amazing and even remembers my dogs names. What a great experience every time. Dr. Guerra is super caring and takes time to explain everything and makes sure you never have any pain during a procedure. I would highly recommend this Gentle Dental.
To me, Gentle Dental has a very good atmosphere, whether you're in the lobby or in the dental area. I was in for a cleaning on, 2/14. My Hygienist, for the 2nd consecutive time was, Fatima. Did a very thorough job, spent a lot of time with me and had a great sense of humor. If you have to have work done on your teeth, you might as well go some place that's inviting.
Best experience at a dentist so far. I walked in off the street with a broken tooth and had an appointment the next morning to fix it. Dental surgery is never fun but the entire staff was kind and professional and got me through it. Highly recommend Dr. Guerra!
I had my first visit with Gentle Dental on January 12, 2023 after an extended period without dental care. I found everyone that I interacted with to be extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and respectful. I had not been able to locate my subscriber information, but the front office staff went out of their way and successfully located it. I recommend Dr.Guerra and Lorenna to anyone. I CAN'T believe how truly nice, caring and passionate they are about what they do. They both put you at ease the minute you met them. I had a tooth extraction and it went so flawlessly I couldn't believe it and I was NERVOUS they both made me feel so relaxed. If you are looking for a new dentist I say Franklin Gental Dental is the place to go.
I am beyond grateful for Dr G! Norma and Priscilla also make it feel comfortable there. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Would recommend 100%
