avoid gentle dental especially the assistant named Martha, she has anger in her demeanor and acts like she wants to hurt you, Dr Pham is a competent dentist, please stick to just pulling teeth, but she couldn't perform a simple impression to make a denture, made me believe and screwed up the whole process. also was overcharged and very unprofessional atmosphere and overcrowded every time, definitely do not recommend.
I went to have my Dentures relined. Had to have $$ up front. Took $500, before even look at dentures.. They did what they do and after one hour, I got them back..WORSE Than when I started..did not fit right, wore them home and ate..food got under plates in huge amounts..terrible job!! I went back and talked to them about shoddy work. They refused to refund ANY of the $500.00!! Saying food under is natural and have to expect it!!! NOT before I went to Gentle Dental..
