Gentle Dental is great, five stars every time! Excellent staff, comfortable setting and high quality work. Plus, I love that I can look out the window while I'm in the dentist chair and see flowers, butterflies and bees buzzing around the trees. 🤗
Who enjoys going to the dentist? Well, put your anxiety several notches down for a chair with a great dentist & dental assistant @ Gentle Dental in Lincoln City. Seriously, I have heightened anxiety about dentist appointments but this team is now 2 for 2. We did it, it was a much-needed couple of appointments & no problem, the entire process was so much better experience that I could have hoped for! I have horrible teeth and need a lot of work. I was very nervous. The staff are wonderful. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. They explained everything and made sure I understood, and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. I would highly recommend them!
They are all very very nice and welcoming and helpful and i have never sat in in waiting room more than 2 minutes. They are very pleasant and I feel like they really do care about their patients. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.I love how they text me to remind me of my appointment 2 weeks then 1 week then a couple days and the day before I never forget about my appointments because they remind me. This receptionist at this place is rude. There are two. The first young lady you see when you walk in is excellent. The woman at the second window is down right mean. I was sent to an endocrinologist from this dentist because GD in LC had a dentist leave and take his equipment. This is worrisome in it self. The endocrinologist sent me back the GD to have my tooth pulled. I stopped in the make the appointment with the receptionist at the second window.
