Great experience. All my needs and concerns were addressed. Dr is very compassionate and goes the extra mile to get things right. Everyone there is very friendly and supportive.
Gentle Dental far exceeded my expectations! I was nervous about going to the dentist, as I've had bad experiences with other dental offices in the area.. (feeling judged, staff having bad attitudes, etc .) My nervousness was unfounded as I was welcomed warmly as soon as I entered the office, and I was treated with respect from all staff. This is the WORST dentist office on the Oregon coast. I have had to deal with them many times due to insurance. I had a filling scheduled for months and finally got it fixed. 4 months later the filling was completely falling apart. I asked to be seen as soon as possible because I was in a lot of pain. I was scheduled for the next day due to the fact that I had just had the filling done a few months prior and something was wrong. I drove an hour to the dentist office and checked in. My first visit was awful. This second visit was better. I don’t know why you guys put me on the cancellation list, though. There was no cancellation list at my other dentist. They had a different appointment format. I only had to wait a few weeks wait to see them again, or every 6 months for a cleaning, but I suppose Oregon Health allows once a year
Wonderful staff!! I was so embarrassed about the shape my teeth were in and they made me feel very comfortable. They see a lot of patients and they seem to really care about them all. Finding a good dentist is often hard to do so you have to go by hear say a lot or just strangers that your insurance company may say you can go to. This was my second visit with them today and I will continue to use them as long as they are around.
