I previously had Oral Surgery at Gentle Dental Salem which was excellent but 80 miles away. I was always looking for a nearby general dentist and finally able to say that I have found a general dentistry office that is conveniently located, is a network provider and best of all the most professional, expert, friendly service I have experienced since I moved here to the Oregon Coast almost 7 years ago. Had to get 5 teeth pulled today, so I could get top dentures. Dr. Andrew's is absolutely amazing at getting teeth out super quickly & painlessly. He constantly made sure I wasn't feeling any pain & was always making sure I was doing ok. I will never be afraid or worried to get my teeth pulled out ever again, as long as Dr. Andrew's has ahold of those pliers ( or whatever they use ) . Thank you Dr. Andrew's for your professionalism & your kindness. YOU ROCK DOC.
I give 5 stars to the office staff, the hygienists, and the assistants. 0-1 star for dentist who worked on me. My Smilekeepers experience: First let me say this. This Is by far the best dentist I have ever been to Dr Elliot is amazing usually I have some pain while they drill on my teeth but no pain with her and the office staff are a delight always friendly smiles on their faces I always look forward to going in

The receptionist is super sweet. Both of the reception lady's give off this warm and loving feel making you very comfortable and relaxed which is good if you are nervous about going to the dentist like I am. Also the hygienist ' I've met( 2) are really sweet as well. The dentist I've seen (2)as well are very nice and talk you through what they are doing as they are doing it.
The receptionist is hostile, and when I called to ask about an urgent issue, they said I could walk in. Drove more than an hour to get there. No, I needed an appointment! And, you HAVE to be there at 7am for an emergency visit, not 7:01, 7am sharp! Whatever happened to good service and clear communication?
Hard to work with this Dentistry due to the receptionist not the first lady in the first window but the lady in the second window which has been there for several years seems like she brings her problems to work with her when she is talking to the patients and unable to work with her and she's very unprofessional I see plenty of reviews about her on this site wondering why is she still there very poor customer service.
This is the WORST dentist office on the Oregon coast. I have had to deal with them many times due to insurance. I had a filling scheduled for months and finally got it fixed. 4 months later the filling was completely falling apart. I asked to be seen as soon as possible because I was in a lot of pain. I made an appointment a week ago- this was going to be my first time going to them. The lady on the phone told me to fill out the forms before I came in for my appointment. I tried printing the forms out several times but couldn't get them to print- I decided to show up a half hour early to my appointment the door was locked and thought okay, they are out to lunch.
