I had high hopes when I first went to Gentle Dental in WA. I spoke at length to a dentist in one of their offices about denture options. I knew I did not want the type that was kept in place with adhesive and that you had to take out daily. I was told about the permanent denture that was bolted in with posts and could only be removed in the dental office, one or twice a year for cleanings. I told them that what I wanted. This office has been recently taken over by the current owners, however they still show positive reviews of the previous owner, *******************. The current owners do not know how to **** ********* they keep adding to the build that they originally give you and they have absolutely no customer **********************. Avoid this business. They told me I needed $1800 of work. I do not have insurance, so I had to save up the money for the procedure, and it took 4 months. upon arriving for the work, they told me the price had increased because of the delay in scheduling, and they wanted me to pay over $3,000. total bait and switch. Of course, I did not have enough for the work, and had to forego the procedure. Now my pain is getting worse, and must start over with another dentist.
