Worst business I've dealt with in a long time. Buyer beware, I was charged for 36 months of braces and only had 18 months. Was told I had to sign the full 36 month contract and have been charged for 4 months of no visits, just waiting for my braces. Braces have been off now for months and I'm still getting billed. Where do I begin? I initially went to Gentle Dental because of the hours. They said I needed 2 crowns, 1 I knew for sure I needed because I broke a tooth. The other was told to me like this "the tooth in front of it has a crack and if it breaks everyone will see it, so we should just go in and crown it." This place is the absolute WORST! The first time around getting tooth extractions with Prasanthi Badaam in December 2015 was horrible. She was rude and very rough. The office staff are just as bad. Unprofessional all around. Doctors are always late. Called to try and get another tooth extracted, (didn't even care as long as I got it done and over with) told me I'd have to go to another office...
This place has the absolute worst customer service. We have been overcharged on 2 visits and their manager is horrible and has no concern for patients or their customers!
