I went to gentle dental Peabody and it was one of the worst experiences in dental clinics. I get my teeth cleaned in different dental clinics every 6 to 8 months. Had been sent there by my office for a consultation. No one knew why I was there. Left with an appt to go back to my original office only to get a call later saying oh we didn’t see the notes this tooth needs to get pulled. Had 3 different appointments cancelled, 2 via text and call the day off and one I never got a call and went into the office only to be told my appt was cancelled. Been dealing with this tooth for over 6 months. Would not recommend.

I thought YEARS AGO, I was doing a great thing for myself! EVERYONE'S NICE! NO FEARS!. Years later, their dental graduate students caused me so much damage that its amazing. Paying for it today. Never again. NEVER ANY "gentle dental" franchise ever again.
I don't even know where to begin... Went last year and a few cavities filled. There for hours and blood all over. Got the new dentist and I legit think I was his 1st patient. That part I can deal with. Had regular cleaning in November. Sneaky Gentle Dental tried to bill my insurance company for it. They denied (as they should have) claim. So GD turns around and is still sending me bills for it. They tried to say it was a special cleaning!! It wasn't. They just assumed that I'd be dumb enough to pay it.
