First time visiting today. My experience was amazing. Everyone was very friendly. Robyn my hygienist was amazing. She explained all the procedures she was doing. The Doctor was very kind too. Thank you so much. Love, Thais 💕
When I called to make the appointment, the secretary was super nice. The Dental Assistant, the Hygienist and the Dentist were very helpful reassuring me to take good care of my teeth. It's convenient to me. Everything went smoothly and am pretty sure I can continue to use this clinic. Thanks to everyone. Everyone is doing the job with heart and passion.
Robyn did an amazing hygiene (teeth) cleaning. Very professional & meticulous. Explained every step she was about to undertake, before doing it.... from xrays to descaling. My best first impression ever at a dentist visit - - - 5mins before my appt time, she came to the lobby to let me know..... "I'm winding up with another client, & will be right with you*!!
I’m shocked this place has a 4.6. They overcharge you and send ghost bills frequently(when I call there’s no record of it) seemingly they don’t keep records of the transactions. I spent four months waiting for a root canal because the specialist wouldn’t be in. They have now cancelled my appointment twice (wanted to going elsewhere even scheduled appointment but decided to wait ) The second time around they cancelled yesterday three days before my appointment no call just a text saying you will need to reschedule on a Saturd... read more
