RecommendedI fully enjoyed my experience with Dr. Israel. His professionalism and kind nature came through when I first met him. "Gentle" is the key word. I felt no pain at all, he was understanding and talked me through my extraction. His technique is superb and precise. This was my best dental experience ever and I am looking forward to continued dental care with Dr. Israel. Beyond 5 stars in my opinion.

RecommendedRecently, I had to book an emergency appointment with Gentle Dental in Rochester, as my dentist office had recently closed. The office found time to see me the day I called. Lauren and Dr. Israel were patient, kind and personable, which I appreciated because I have anxiety with going to the dentist. They fixed a problematic tooth and I left feeling comfortable and relieved. I definitely recommend their services.

RecommendedI always find I receive the best care from both the clinical and back office teams at this practice. Dr E and the team are incredible and genuinely can’t recommend them highly enough. Having sat in the reception for a little overhearing conversations, I must say I was impressed with the empathy and compassion shown to patients. Genuinely nice people who care about you and your smile!
