I called to make an apt, last night after the reception team had left for the night. But one of the Drs called me right back and said he had an opening the next day and would save it for me. I was a new patient but also had a broken tooth to be pulled. They did X-rays, cleaning, and exam, and made apt for a couple days to have tooth removed but then there was a cancellation for 2 hours later and was able to get the tooth removed and get fitted for dentures. No other dental place can get you in the next day and do everything ... read more

I recommend 100% , From front desk to Dr: Navid the experience is being extremely excellent. No hidden fees, everything is explained very clear by front desk personnel so there is no surprises later. Dr E was very professional and up front he told me step by step of everything that would be happening while getting my tooth extracted, the very nice lady that was working with him was very comforting, she had a sweet & calming voice. My tooth extraction was going very to be a little harder because it was a fractured tooth right to the gum line. Dr E did wonderful I felt nothing and he made sure to keep asking if I was okay because he knew that I was very nervous about getting the tooth extracted I have avoided it for two ye... read more

I have alot of dental Apts coming up just had the first procedure done on Wednesday April 25th and because if a dentist I had fee years back I have been extremely nervous all I can say about Gentle Dental in rochester NH is wow I was moved to tears an actually hugged my dr ..
