Wonderful care and truly gentle. I had to have a tooth extracted and a bone graft, and I was very nervous because I have had trouble getting numb in the past. Dr. Peterschmidt and the staff took the time to ensure I was completely comfortable and numb. He explained to me every step of the procedure what to expect in a very calm and soothing voice. I came into to get my front teeth fillings replaced/ repaired and was so happy with the results! Dr James Means and his dental assistant Andrea Rodriguez went above and beyond! I feel so much more confident with my smile and I was blown away by his artistry and attention to detail. Safe to say he has a long term patient!

I'm not sure how anyone got bad service here? I drive over an hour each way specifically to use this dentist office because of how great everyone is. I went every month for 2 years when I had my braces as well and still received excellent service. My hygienist, orthodontist, front desk, assistants, all extremely friendly! 5 years of my service and counting!

Don't know why there are so many negative reviews of this office. I've never had any issues with them. Been going to Gentle Dental since they were downtown on the other end of Liberty. Office staff is always professional, helpful and kind. My hygienist Nanette has been doing my teeth for nearly a decade. She is extremely thorough, always doing a super job keeping my teeth clean and shiny. I hate going to the dentist just like everyone else, but dr afshar makes me comfortable and understands my needs. Even makes me laugh when I'm feeling nervous or uncomfortable. Thanks again for taking good care of me! The office staff is great also

No one likes going to the dentist and especially not to an oral surgeon! However, when everyone is extremely nice and helpful, it makes it that much easier. Having never been to this office before, I didn't know what to expect but I was very pleased with what I found. It was a very pleasant atmosphere and the staff is great.

I've been with Dr. Hazen at Gentle Dental for a few years now, following a horrific experience at a different dentist office. Dr. Hazen made me feel immediately comfortable with his words and how he worked on my teeth, which were a mess. He is the best ever! His assists, Larissa is great, as well as the hygienists I see when I actually don't have a cavity! Just left the dentist very satisfied by Dr. Afshar! He filled a cavity so easy and painless I was surprised how quick it was. I've been going to this place for the past 3 years and I can't complain much about the staff. Haven't had any issues with any procedures.

I had the best experience at this office. Dr Peterschmidt and his assistant Jonie made my visit as comfortable as possible. I was having an extraction and was very nervous. They took the time throughout the whole process to make sure i was ok. Alot of offices don't take their time to do that. Dr Peterschmidt really cares. THANK YOU!
