I love the people that worked there. The Dentist is so awesome. The everyone there is great they are fast. They are very helpful. Very polite. Patient best Dentist I ever went to. highly recommended my granddaughter is going there for orthodontist
My family and I have been looking for a new dentist. I had my first appointment with Gentle Dental today, and it was such a bad experience, especially with the lady front desk customer service. My appointment was at 1:30 p.m., and since it was my first visit, I needed to bring my dental insurance card. I forgot to bring it and didn’t remember my Moda/Delta subscriber number. First of all just to be clear the staff here are great!! But The scheduling / service is horrible!! They have sent multiple text reminders to us on 2 different occasions where when we show up to the office our appointment was somehow canceled….. We have taken off work and taken our kid out of school only to find we have no appointment?? Now I can see this happening once…. But twice?? Then they randomly changed our appointment time up one hour for the next one? Luckily we caught that and were on time. After the second cance... read more
Great experience with the team at Gentle Dental Skyline. My crowns were fitted perfectly and the procedure was completed in a timely fashion. I heartily recommend their work!
Today was the first time I ever went to this Office. I would say it was a good experience. The facility was clean and employees seemed happy and competent. I liked the doctor. I appreciated how well he explained things to me. I would recommend this facility, but again, it was my first time going there. Hopefully my experiences will continue to be positive.
