As usual we were given the best customer care possible. Even though our appt was canceled due to my error gentle dental staff went above and beyond and they were able to still see us work only a 3 minute wait time. The orthodontist was skilled and gentle with my daughter and his assistant was so helpful. Definitely happy we chose to stick with gentle dental.
Dr. Makkatil was consistently condescending, unresponsive, and made me feel like I was taking up his valuable time. His uncaring superiority complex likely makes most patients feel like they've done something wrong or are inconveniencing him. The rest of the staff were nice enough, but it is obvious that this location is severely understaffed. In 7 months of treatment, I've only had one call to this office get answered. It’s a long story but basically I was charged in error on my care credit card….in MARCH of this year. 230. and change. After talking with the office manager Tracy who looked into it for me and did admit it was their error, she promised to get it resolved. Going back and forth it’s been over a month and she finally tells me it’s been resolved. I asked her to confirm the funds were put back on the card. I had Erin as my dentist today and she was the absolute sweetest. For anyone who struggles with dental anxiety this is hands down the place to go to. They're gentle and patient yet thorough and so professional.
Erin, the hygienist was EXCELLENT. She deserves a raise! We had a bad experience with the dental assistant. She was rough and aggressive. I did let management know. But because of Erin, we will be back!!
