I should have read the reviews. I brought my kid home from college after waiting months for this appointment and morning of the appointment, they called to cancel because their only dental hygienist called out. Next available appointment is in April. Today is Feb 25. Receptionist so clearly has to deal with this on a regal basis, she was unfazed, and equally happy to let us go or schedule in April.
My appointment was on a thursday. Took off work specifically for this appointment, which is hard for me to do because i need the money. Appointment was at 2, didn't get seen until almost 330, so that's an hour of work I could've done instead of waiting in the office. had an initial xray done for wisdom tooth pain, got seen by dentist, was told I needed a referral to get it extracted and that I needed more imaging done. so I went today for a cleaning oh my gosh it was horrendous, The dental hygienist was so rough on my teeth that I sat in the chair, crying the whole appointment because I was just in so much pain and mind you. I was just getting a basic cleaning done of my teeth and then she tried saying that next time I come, I have to get my braces wires removed so it’s easier to clean and that if I don’t brush my teeth every day three times a day with mouth wash all that keeping up handy tidy, even though my teeth were already clean, she ... read more
Waited 3 months for a new appointment for my 8-year son. Today they moved the 8am to 1:30pm, fine. Waited until 2pm to tell me they don't know if the insurance will cover it, and I would have to pay up front. $700. That is just the *initial exam*. Outrageous! They are short-staffed. good luck, scheduling cleanings out to start December 2025.
There's several reasons why I rate this clinic 3 stars. 1. When calling the dental clinic its hard to actually speak with someone on the phone and you usually have to leave messages. It took 2 days to receive a call back for a message I left for an emergency issue I had. 2. I called and asked for an email address so that I could send an xray image I had from the emergency dentist I went to.
