I was always terrified to go the dentist, but with Dr. Fessler as my dentist I'm not. He is the most gentle dentist I've ever had and he has the best bedside manner.
Years ago if you told me I had a Dentist appointment I would be freaking out service and tears would come down my face. When I heard the visits experience from my co-workers I decided to leave Harvad Dental and go to Gentle Dental. Wow what professionalism in handling people like me who get nervous going to the Dentist appointments. I have to say from the receptionist to the Dentist and all that work there are great with the costumer service. My crown goes out to you. They are located at Twin City Plaza Somerville.

The staff at Gentle Dental Somerville are simply amazing. They make me feel very comfortable from the moment I arrive. They answer all of my questions clearly and explain what they are doing and why it is necessary. I no longer fear going to the dentist and I know that I’m always in good hands.
I am terrified of the dentist period point blank. I saw Dr. Fessler this morning, he was kind, gentle and professional. I did phone yesterday to make sure this office or Dr. Fessler was in my insurance network I was told yes, when that was not the case, and I didn't find that out until after the procedure, minus this snafu, his admin and hygienist were all very friendly, and kind. I have to say my initial opinion has to be he and the office seem great.
It's great. All the staff is amazing. Excellent job.
Dr Fesler is great very happy with this office. Has saved me multiple times on different procedures.
