I had to wait over 45min past my appointment time, which is completely unacceptable especially for those who have work and other commitments. I’d like to thank the dentist and staff for being very helpful and friendly during my visit. However, I experienced significant delays that I wanted to bring to your attention. I waited over 20 minutes to register because there was no internet, and then I had to wait an additional hour as the doctor was busy even I was on time to my appointment. Failure to forward x-rays for approval after 5 week delay and multiple attempts to contact. Failure to answer calls or return messages. Am now in severe pain and needed to go to Doctor for pain meds and antibiotics. Complete failure of office to assist in any way. Dentist apparently left and office failed to transfer my case to another dentist (in other words, they forgot about me and have now dropped the ball for over 5 weeks).
