My son needed a checkup and we found this place that covers services through Medi-Cal. Appointment was relatively easy to get and once we were at the facilities, the front desk lady was super efficient and ready to resolve any issues, and back office staff were kind and efficient also! We would be back without hesitation, my son loved it and he was comfortable throughout the whole checkup process!
Came here twice this month already and the staff is so friendly. The dentist did great work and listened to my concerns on the first visit and said his recommendations. They aren’t pushy to get unnecessary work done but made sure I understood what needed to be done. I’m happy with the results.
I had to wait over 45min past my appointment time, which is completely unacceptable especially for those who have work and other commitments. During the procedure, I experienced severe pain despite the anesthesia, which makes me question the quality of the products they use. It was a horrible experience. After my visit, I tried to speak privately with the manager about my concerns, but she was uncooperative. She promised to call me the next day, but I didn’t heard back. I’d like to thank the dentist and staff for being very helpful and friendly during my visit. However, I experienced significant delays that I wanted to bring to your attention. I waited over 20 minutes to register because there was no internet, and then I had to wait an additional hour as the doctor was busy even I was on time to my appointment. Failure to forward x-rays for approval after 5 week delay and multiple attempts to contact. Failure to answer calls or return messages. Am now in severe pain and needed to go to Doctor for pain meds and antibiotics. Complete failure of office to assist in any way. Dentist apparently left and office failed to transfer my case to another dentist (in other words, they forgot about me and have now dropped the ball for over 5 weeks).
