Corporate dentistry is all about making money—as much as they can and as quickly as they can. Unfortunately your dental health is not their priority. Everyone who helped me was outstanding during my first appointment at Gentle Dental Sunnyvale. From the receptionist, Virginia, to the x-ray technician, Miranda, to the Dentist, Dr. Francis, they were all caring and excellent. I can look forward to my next visit, because I know I will be in good hands.
The office of Sunnyvale used the incorrect code and overcharged me to do my cleaning. When I told my insurance they filed for Claims Appeals and Grievances to return me the overcharged amount. I'm so disappointed with the office not responding my calls or acknowledging my emails. The office told my insurance they refunded me the overcharged amount of $150 which Gentle Dental NEVER DID. DO NOT COME TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE. They would have you wait for 2 hours on top of your scheduled appointment--mind you, I was scheduled July 17 at 2 PM. What a shame! they would just say sorry and do nothing. They don't take their job and the patients seriously. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
