I've been a patient of Gentle Dental for about two years and have been happily surprised by the consistency of good service and treatment at the office. The staff is always friendly and a key part of the communication process, the Ortho coordinator Janelle, is always responsive. To start, I'll say with confidence that orthodontic treatment isn't as bad as most might think. Especially with Dr Slivka and his team, who upheld the highest degrees of quality treatment, communication and proffesionalism. Before getting braces I had severe headaches almost daily, I noticed after a couple of months of having them that the headaches became fewer and fewer, now that I have finished treatment and braces are off my headaches are pretty much non existent, that paired with the confident new smile Dr. Slivka and his team have given me, have made me an extremely happy patient! I had a great experience with Dr Slivka and my braces. I also had TMJ in my jaw and the braces he did corrected that problem and I no longer have it after my braces were removed. My teeth are once again straight and he also removed the rough edges on them. They now look fantastic and I'm so happy! I will recommend Dr Slivaka to friends, family and others.

I was very leery of undergoing the process involved with adult braces, but it was definitely worth it. I have a perfect smile now with sculpted straight teeth edges. I recommend Dr. Slivka, Raquel and the rest of his staff.

I initially was very nervous about getting braces as an adult. I had multiple orthodontists and a tooth extraction was recommended. I wasn't sure I was doing the right thing but my orthodontic team assured me it would turn out great. I was provided with explanations and education of each step and Dr. Slivka was patient, understanding and took the time to answer my questions and address all of my concerns. The patience and motivation paid off, my braces came off and my smile looks great! ????
