I showed up for my appointment today only to see a sign on the door saying they were closed for the day and to call to reschedule the appointment. No notification was made to keep me from wasting my time to get to this appointment. Absolutely not trying this dental office, that's so unprofessional.

I would not recommend going to this dentist. My mother went here and got poor dental care, as she got her a crown on her tooth that came off and has to get fixed. She was in a lot of pain, and had to get referred to another dentist. On top of that she got billed for the service and was told not to worry about paying it. Months went by and no one reached out about the bill for payment, so she assumed there was no need to pay. I went here with a bad tooth. was given antibiotics for an infected tooth. I was given an appointment to have the tooth pulled. then was called back with a new appointment time to pull my tooth because they wanted another doctor to do it. the day comes to get my tooth pulled and I took off work for my appointment was told that the doctor didn't want to do it. was told I had to go to a specialist which quoted me between $800- $1100 to extr my tooth. This WAS our regular dental office to go to, I SAY WAS.....yesterday I encountered one of the RUDEST UNPROFESSIONAL, MEANEST, UNCARING dentist I have EVER come across. Dr Tenjoma was rude, grouchy, not interested in whole patient care. Unwilling to discuss situation regarding what I came in for, didn't attempt a consult......just adamantly declared he was going to pull out one or two teeth & send me on my way. Not so bad for the first visit! The receptionist Chris was really nice, accommodating and personable. I called in the early morning and was able to be scheduled the same day in the afternoon. I'm glad they're accommodating with last minute appointments. Facility is clean and there are a lot of work stations. Everyone I encountered was helpful. We came in at 8:30 am for a simple check up for my husband, they did not see him until 9:45, only took x rays and told us to come back at 1:00pm for the cleaning. Can not spend all day at the dentist for a simple check up! That's crazy! Cancelled the (second half??? What sort of a dentist scheduled a check up in two parts?) of the appointment and went somewhere else for sure :(

I should have known on my first visit that things would never go smoothly with this office. On my first initial appointment I was there for almost two hours while they took x-ray after x-ray. The hygienist who did them gagged me twice by jamming the outdated films in my mouth, left numerous cuts in my mouth which caused me pain for over a week and didn't seem to understand the proper use of a lead vest.
