Went to Gentle Dental tonight, worst experience of my life. I usually see dr.aurora however with the pain Im in I’d see anyone. If you don’t know me personally that you wouldn’t know my biggest fear in the world is the dentist. So for me to book a root canal appointment is MAJOR. I was given an appointment with Dr. Filete . Well when I got there the receptionists both were very pleasant and helpful, and I was seen right away. My son set up an appointment 2 months in advance to have his wisdom teeth pulled. They waited until two days in advance to cancel. And then decided to tell us that the doctor is no longer available on Saturdays which is why we went to the dentist because we work during the week. The receptionist was told we are not available before 2:45 in the afternoon and kept saying over and over again well we have a 9 on Wednesday, we have a 10 on Wednesday and I kept saying we are not available weekdays before 2:45. Both the dentist and the assistant were rude a d very unprofessional during my appointment. If it hadn't been a saturday or an emergency, I would never have let them touch my teeth
