There was a pretty big miscommunication regarding my loan and required cash to close. Because of this, my signing appointment got pushed back and my cash to close was more than was previously discussed. I’m not sure of the specific details, however, I do know that there was an error made and wasn’t caught until the business day before funding.
You have a great staff! Everyone works so well together and every single person I interacted with was very informative and had great follow-up. This is my second time using your company and it won’t be my last. Thank you for taking pride in your customers. :)
