Geoff and his team were great to work with. I worked directly with a few members of his team- all who were quick with responses (both phone and email) and made the whole process painless. They use a handful of online systems to help streamline the process/sign docs/upload docs. Worked extremely hard on my loan. Even for a place in Scottsdale, they helped me through the process for my small home. There were hoops to jump through. But we got them done and I move in shortly. Give the Rooker team your time! They'll prove it.
