Every time I had a question your team had an answer. I would call email or text an they responded very quickly even after hours at times. Felt like I was working with someone I knew for years, yet I've never personally met any of them. I remember my parents freaking out with a refinance, I was waiting for the stressful part. This was so simple I asked "did I actually refinance because that was to easy". Amazing team, Even with my conspiracy type questions.
The teamwork and communication of and by loan officer Louis Coppelli and support of Heather facilitated a 35 day closing even though there was an obstacle in the credit reporting rating. Explanation letters were submitted and funding for our home purchase was accomplished. We couldn’t be more satisfied by Rooker teams performance and excellent work.
They were able to get a loan done that no one else could get done for me due to being located in a flood zone! Very responsive from the very first time I contacted them and all the way through the process whether via email, text msg or ph. Would definitely use again and high recommend.
