Our air conditioner quit overnight. My husband called George Brazil AC&Heating and Rose M. was here shortly after noon. She was very professional and checked the unit. She carefully explained all of our options. We could repair or replace. Since the unit was over 11 years old we elected to replace. She answered all of our questions and was super helpful. Good company; very prompt; efficient; really CLEAN ladies; these guys work hard. Mke Fetters handled a post-installation issue that was common and happens sometime; he was simply outstanding. The two guys, Yousif (sp) and Jonathan were also very very good. Terry, our regular inspection technician, is also very good. All of these people are trained the same; to be polite; good listeners; and they are problem solvers.
Brandon W. was great. Came early in my time window. Clearly knew his stuff. Informed me about what he was doing every step of the way. Courteous and very enthusiastic about his job. This visit was part of our service plan so no $$$ out the door. George Brazil Air and Heating are the best. You get what you pay for.
We had our AC/heating unit replaced last week and we're very satisfied with it. George Brazil's team (Anthony V. and Rodrigo A.) were professional and organized. They were on time, kept the site cleaned up as they went along and just did a great job. They replaced our AC/heating unit, the stand, the elbow, a couple of ducts inside the attic, removed our unused evaporative coolers and capped off those holes. All done very professionally! Thank you Anthony V. and Rodrigo A. for all you did, really great job!!
