I called George Brazil when I noticed two rooms in our house were without power. I tried turning off/on the breakers and nothing worked. Beth was very helpful in scheduling a same day service. Chad, our electrician tech was at our house an hour after calling. Chad went above and beyond just turning the power back on. He walked me through our circuit breaker system, wiring, and areas that need attention. He wrote up quotes for things on my to-do (like replacing the fire alarms). Every experience with George Brazil is amazing, but our most recent service with Ian was exceptional. He took his time, was very knowledgeable and thorough, and went above and beyond with our AC tune up. He even sent us videos of his inspection so we could see exactly what our unit in the attic looked like and provided his expertise and suggestions. We really trust him and will specifically request him in the future. Thank you, Ian!

Jason was the tech that came to our home. We rent, but he kept in contact with the landlord about what he wanted done. Jason checked everything out. He was very personable and friendly. He said what we needed to do now as for the filters. He also was going to contact the owner and send him a copy of his visit. I thought that was above the norm for a service call.

Kaleb and Vinnie checked both my air handling units today on my VIP schedule. Both units are older and have a few minor issues to keep an eye on but since I maintain them they should last several more years. They were thorough, professional and very courteous. I appreciate the written report and videos showing the inspection as it proceeded.
