I had the best experience ever with the install team Gregg T and his helper Chuck when they installed my brand new Air Conditioner yesterday. Our HVAC system went out this past Friday. We called George Brazil and scheduled an appointment. The representative showed up on time and in uniform. Her name is Michelle. She introduced herself and then asked questions before she even took her equipment off of the truck. We discussed what I thought the problem was.
