I bought my house in early 2015. It came with a service contract and warranty on my AC/heat unit with George Brazil. The unit was installed in 2014; I have no complaints. Their technician, Rose M. is always courteous, professional, knowledgeable, & competent.

Michelle J was very knowledgeable and helpful when our heat-pump started acting up. She pointed out that the 26 year old unit wasn't going to get any better. She'd would have fixed it if I wanted and was quite professional when it came time to decide on a replacement. I highly recommend her and the George Brazil company.
George Brazil installed my AC unit 7/2011. I purchased a 5 year Maintenance Agreement with the unit consisting of 2 unit checks a year. I am so glad I purchased that. The office staff has called me each time to schedule the unit check right on time and they were very polite. I have had the same Tech through the whole 5 years... LANCE.
