I had a new AC installed by Delroy S and Chuck W...both of them were polite, friendly, professional and courteous. They respected my home and performed the job without incident. They were at my home when they said they would be. They cleaned up after they were done to the point I could not tell they were here. I made a comment to Delroy that the area the new AC was smaller and that I would have to more the rocks around...after they left I notice he did it for me. contacted co. @ 4;30pm they had svc. man here @ 5;20. mike was very professional looking & presented co. well .he trouble shot the a/c unit & had to replace fan motor & found another issue to do with leaking coil.mike said they would have to order coil & would return to install new coil. he made sure unit was running well before he left & also recharged unit as refrigerant wasn't where he new it needed too be. overall impressive contact.
Brandon W came out on Saturday to do an inspection on our air conditioner. After checking it on the roof came down and for some reason was not running. Went back up and advised variable speed motor went out. He advised George Brazil would take care of it at no cost to us. Did not have the correct motor so tried to put another motor in to get us thru the weekend. We had been without air for 3 days and 2 nights, when I called George Brazil they came out quickly and in 2 day, I had a new heat pump installed. They service men were quick and sure, about what they were doing, and the job was done before you knew. Every thing works right and cool ( nights again) Thanks

I have been a customer for several years and I plan to continue my loyalty. I became a customer after watching a segment of NBC investigative reporting. Out of the five valley AC companies they tested for honesty, the George Brazil repairman was the only one that was completely honest with the customer. I believe in ethics and great customer service, I have found both qualities and more in Brandon W. A company is known by the people representing them. He is professional, informative, and his customer service is outstanding!!
Steve D and Vincent A installed my new Rheem A/C unit yesterday.. Both were Very professional, friendly and courteous in my home!! Service was outstanding... Steve asked me several times if I had any questions that he could answer for me.. They got here at 7am when their arrival time frame was between 6-8am - - perfect...
