Yesterday I had George Brazil out for our annual heating/AC checkup. The technician who did the service was Bryan Witherspoon. Bryan did an amazing job. He was courteous, conscientious, very knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He showed me several areas of concern with our ducting and vents and gave me all the options to consider to rectify the situation. Louie is an awesome technician. He arrived at the scheduled time. He was dressed in his white, clean, neat uniform. He laid down the red carpet at the door and covered his shoes with booties before entering the house. He serviced the air conditioning unit outside and checked to make sure that everything was in working order. He also went into the crawl space to check that as well. I have had George Brazil do several jobs for me. The latest was having my vents sealed and cleaned. I was very satisfied with Austin who did a thorough and good job. I felt comfortable with him and greatly appreciated his ethics in doing a great job. He had an incident with another employee and this basically left him doing the job himself.
