RecommendedAndrew P. and Johnny Cate were very professional from start to finish on my new A/C system. We had checked with a couple of other contractors, but chose George Brazil after some research, they were a little more expensive, but seemed to know a lot more about installing a new system in a Manufactured home. George Brazil has taken care of us for years and that continued today with Michelle J. coming out, assessing the problem (upstairs A/C not working), recommending some options for repairs or replacement, explaining the issues in great detail, and so I could understand and explain to my husband by phone. She was thorough, friendly, nice to my dog, and gave me a good feeling about the decision to replace the unit.

Had our semi-annual maintenance check today with Brandon W. Once again excellent professional service. Very pleased with our decision to have George Brazil install our new air conditioning unit last year.
Our air conditioning unit was having a problem. Mike Fetters from George Brazil came out and immediately found out what the problem was. He put in an order for replacement parts. He reassured us that if they do not have the parts in 1-2 days they will come out to recharge our system until the parts arrive. Also, he reassured us that if it takes any longer to receive the parts, they will lend us a replacement conditioner until it is fixed. All 3 were SO professional. Mykal wasn't high pressure in selling us a new unit, and Jason and Calvin were here to install quickly, and done in 4 hours. Went right to work, very efficient, cleaned up their mess, hauled away the old units and trash. I WILL recommend your company to everyone!!!
