Jason Hoxie was the first one here to install a new air conditioning unit. He called ahead of time (since is was early a.m.) and was very prompt. He introduced himself and explained in full detail what would be happening. Asked me if I had any questions; told him that at that point I did not but might later on. He was very but yet was extremely professional. I would venture a guess that he is an excellent employee for the company. He also reexplained the control system to me which was helpful.

Jason with George Brazil Air Conditioning did a fantastic job checking my A/C , and helping me to understand the issue I was having. I had George Brazil instal a ne a/c unit on Thursday, May 14th, 2015. A few hours after installation, the a/c STOPPED workng. The unit would not blow any air. I WAS NOT HAPPY. George Brazil sent Jason out early the next day. Jason, after checking everythng out, explain the issue was two wires crossed. I was quickly relieved and my a/c is working nicely. Thanks much Jason. I recently had George Brazil provide and install a new AC unit for my house. The entire experience was positive, from the sales rep (Dan H.) to the install crew (Sid D., Troy V., and Chuck W.). Everyone was very responsive and they did a great job. The price was also very reasonable when compared to other estimates I received from competing companies. The customer service reps were also very responsive, courteous, and prompt. I highly recommend George Brazil.

Mike W came onThursday for scheduled maint. We had questions regarding the efficiency of our air system. We f to install theelt it was not up to par. After much discussion we decided to replace the unit. He filled out all the paperwork and got it scheduled for Friday morning. He was very well informed and professional. Mick C, Steve D, and Glen V came Friday morning to install the new unit. They all worked non-stop, where very professional and cleaned everything up before they left. Mike Fetters came to our home at about 9a and left about 12:30p. He fixed the problem we had with our air conditioning unit. It needed a new coil. He was very neat, clean and efficient. And best of all, our air is very cold now! He was very nice and courteous, explained everything he did to me...and gave the unit a good checkover.

We had our ac system replaced yesterday. Starting with Pete B. for consult/estimate/sale, though the system being placed by Andre R. and Pete D., we feel that all had our best interest when providing outstanding service. I appreciated Pete D. taking the time in explaining how the system worked and the efficiency of unit. Pete B. was a "no hassles" type of individual.
