RecommendedMark B was great. Professional and gave me multiple options on what he could do. Only problem had nothing to do with Mark. My first method of payment came up declined twice and had to use a different card, but when I called the bank , it had gone through. Had to then call George Brazil to make sure which payment would be taken

I had a water leak that was in the wall. Tom M. was great. He was on time, polite, and very efficient. The fix was replacing a single pipe that broke. The repair would have cost approximately $25-30 to repair myself, but the company charged me $577+ to fix it. If I knew the repair was not covered in my $500 deductible, I would have done it myself (easy fix), but I thought it would be my deductible, so I told Tom to fix it.
