George Mendoza went above and beyond to assist my elderly, senior parents get a loan. They retired 20 plus year ago and my father has Alzheimer's so retrieving documents became very challenging. The structure of their financial resources was also complicated. However, George was very sympathetic and kind and worked diligently to assist them. He is genuine and compassionate and worked late hours and weekends to get the loan approved. I will forever be grateful.
Having bought properties before and refinanced home mortgages in the recent years and extending over past 20 years, this was the worst experience. The other experiences left me expecting top notch. The experience from start to finish was problematic causing me to dismiss my first loan officer. George was a nice replacement for the previous loan officer.
