Everything was pleasant and professional. I have been very pleased with Dr. Salem and his staff for many years.
I hate going to the dentist because I am a human being, but you guys make it so nice. Thanks for the noise canceling headphones and for not judging me, the candy lover that I am. Also a retroactive thank you for the time you guys gave me a parrafin hand treatment and let me watch Inception!

Everyone was nice and friendly. I was treated in a professional manner and my appointment started on time.
Unfortunately, I have a very busy schedule, and occasionally circumstances arise that prevent me from making an appointment. For that reason, I always try to be respectful of the office’s time and provide as much advance notice as possible when I need to cancel. My concern is not really about the $50 itself; it is about the principle of being charged despite the fact that I made a good-faith effort to communicate with the office well in advance and responded directly to the text messages they sent me.
