Everything was handled efficiently and politely. Again, all went well. I can't think of more to say than that I am satisfied with the service. And, the MKZ, as Mathew M, promises is a great ride.

Always a pleasant experience I have been going to George Wall for almost 20 years for both new and used cars and the experience is always top notch. They always have the new car I want on the lot, there is no super sales pressure, the deal is good and they do not pressure you on after sales add-in’s (they offer, but back off after the first no). flat tire right front tire had a slow leak---had to put air into it every few days---called Wall for appointment---thee said no appointment needed for this type of safety thing---just come in. they found issue, replaced tire and all done within 90 minutes. Excellent service
