Deborah Moore talked down to my mother-in-law, during our visit. She was rude and did not use tact, when explaining her condition, as it related to my mother-in-law’s age. Moore kept reminding her she’s old and it’s not going to get much better. It might be the truth, but her delivery was harsh and rude. This might not be the best profession for Moore.
