I think that their prices are fair. However I would not recommend the installation done by Tony not very reliable as far as I am concerned. Canceled 2 times 3rd time appointment was late. Then it took I am not exaggerating the entire day to do 12 steps. Start time 10am. Then had to leave at 12. Came back at 3ish. Because of this company we have lost so far 3 days of being able to move in. They have lied to our landlords, say they are coming, promising to be there and never showing up! Totally left everything in a mess, didn't replace the baseboards properly and did a horrible job of installation!!! I would never use this company!
We were scheduled to have someone come out and measure our home. The original time was scheduled 1-2, which I took time off of work for. The gentleman never showed up, so I called. It was apparent that he forgot about the appointment because he had to ask me what time we were scheduled for. He rescheduled for two hours later. It is now 6 PM and he still has not shown up so I ultimately canceled. An entire day wasted, waiting around for nothing. Clearly our business and time are not valued.
