This was my second experience with Georgia Floors Direct and Anthony Spaulding. I have now carpeted 3 bedrooms and will never go anywhere else. Shopping in the store was easy as there was a great selection of product and Anthony was extremely professional and patient with me as I was trying to make up my mind. Wouldn't purchase carpet or any other flooring products anywhere else...We've been very satisfied customers of Georgia Floors Direct for the last 15 years or so. Jerry Jones is a great guy and we can always depend on him to help us select just the right product for whatever job we're doing and we get it for a good price too...All the installers have always done excellent work...

The people at the Ocala store were very friendly, helpful, and courteous. We ordered water proof tile for both our enclosed party room and front porch on our new house in Wildwood. My experience purchasing/selecting floor covering at the Ocala store was very good. Anthony Spaulding was extremely patient and helpful. However, the job that was estimated to b completed within a day or two took almost a week. The assigned contracted installer was R&W Flooring (Ryan Woodman). He started the job but then did not show up for a few days which he claimed was a result of bad weather On the day he declared the job completed, he realized that some molding/transition strips were missing which meant he wd have to re... read more
