RecommendedMy son purchased his floors from Georgia floors in Ormond Beach and it has been a nightmare for the past 6 weeks. Very unprofessional installers by the name of Robert and Tiffany husband and wife team second installer that was sent out by the name of Justin did not have enough courtesy to call and let us know when he was not going to show up and the next time when he was going to be 2 hours late. This place has been a joke since the beginning!!! Customer purchased the flooring for us to pick up and install. We gave them a 36 hour heads up on pick up date and time for it not to be ready when we showed to pick up so we had to return the next day and when we did the flooring had been in the weather for an undetermined amount of time so the boxes were falling apart and as we were loading into the truck an abundance of the edges were destroyed and their comment was use what you can use!!! This is the second time using GFD and it was a very different experience. We had our floors replaced by GFD in our old house about 7 years ago without a problem. This time, in our second home, there were many. Everything started off well. Jeff let us take samples home to try out and we made our purchase. The installer called a few days later to come by.
