Cannot get a straight answer on when the trailer I ordered from Pro customs will be ready. When I payed the deposit was assured no longer than 2 weeks in the build. As of today 21days later no explanation on when or why my trailer is not ready except that a sales person from Anvil was fired for lying about customers orders placed through them.. And that Anvil will not notify them on the status of my order. The next step if no answers by tomorrow afternoon will be filing legal actions against them for a full refund .
By telling the customer the truth about what the real cost of the trailer they are purchasing and when it will be ready. Talked with the company building my trailer today and found out they didn't even put my order it on the day i paid my deposit so now my trailer will be delayed because of their slacking. Poor customer service.
