This office has always been easy to deal with on appointments and other matters. How anyone could not find Dr. Haber caring and capable would be beyond me. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything in clear terms. I will admit that he can be matter of fact but that is exactly what I want in a doctor!!
Very attentive and shows concern whether a routine visit or other matter. Prrsents information clearly and participates with patient in a making decisions as to a course of action of treatment.
Dr Mellis performed lithotripsy on a Saturday Northside main campus on my husband and he was excellent. He was a good listener , thorough in his explanations of the treatment performed and what follow up care was needed at home and symptoms that would need immediate attention. He was not rushed and encouraged questions. When I was called into the recovery room my husband was awake, calm and ready to go home. Kudos to Dr. mellis and the crew in the surgery center at Northside.
Dr. Yuan was very professional when talking about my case and even enlightened my wife and I about our situation.
Very fast service, very professional and easy to communicate with....I definitely recommend this doctor.
I had an emergency with my bladder blocked by blood clots from what Dr. Yuan diagnosed as a bleeding prostrate gland. Dr. Yuan came to the emergency room during office hours, calmed down the emergency room staff. On a follow up visit to his office Dr. Yuan patiently explained his diagnosis and asked we be patient and allow the situation to be corrected. That seems to be working.
Very helpful, patient and asked did I have any questions. Also, explained every option that I could chose to take without any pressure to pursue a specific course.
Dr Haber diagnosed an aggressive form of Prostate Cancer and recommended a clear plan of action. The plan included open surgery and radiation. He answered all the questions my wife and i had for him in terms that we could understand. Most importantly he told me to talk to as many men as possible to gain from their experiences regardless of Urologist, with the caveat that all cancers are different and need a customized plan. He closely followed my post surgery progress and needs. 0 PSA for 3yrs
