This clear bag policy is a joke. Here for monster jam and I was told that I not only couldnt take my small purse in, but my wallet as well!! They actually confiscated my wallet!!! Of course I took my cash license, etc out but still! When I asked the woman if they were to be held responsible if anyones belongings go missing she told me no and was incredibly rude about it. Traveled from Minnesota to attend supercross on Saturday. Supercross was awesome but security was a joke. Coming across from the parking ramp saw 2 security offers on the level we parked on. As we were walking across the skywalk was told we could not bring bags of any kind in. Turned around with 3 kids in tow, walked all the way back � to the car to leave purses and camera bags. I attended the Georgia Dome Fri, Sat, and Sunday. I know a lot of people are pissed at the clear bag policy. It was pretty well advertised on my ticket and on all the websites I went to about the event. With that being said though there was still a LOT of problems. Friday we were very first in line to get in for Arenacross. The security people had no idea what the difference was between the ticket to get in, the track pass vs bringing monster cans, and they knew nothing about what the pass was to get autographs. Motocross Amatuers at the dome and enjoyed the experience. . So sad to see this Venue go.
The bag policy was dumb, on Sunday there was a "no reentry" policy and that was dumb. You never could understand anything that was being played or spoken, the sound quality wasn't good. And lastly it was so cold inside the Dome on Saturday and Sunday that we might as well had had it outside.
