This was my first game at the Dome!! We drove from NC to see the game because my husband is a huge Falcons fan!! I'm currently on crutches due to a foot injury and was worried about getting around! The accommodations from the dome were amazing!!! A young lady pushed me in a wheelchair everywhere I needed to go prior to the game and got me to my seats....we were given a number to call when we were ready to leave and they came to us and took me back to the gate! Yesterday was my first time I have been to Georgia Dome. Overall not a bad experience. Several times the music interfered with hearing officials. Traffic around stadium was out of control at times. We spent 1.5 hours trying to get to Yellow lot several streets were blocked really should have only been 10 minutes from interstate to yellow lot.
Stadium staff were fantastic some of the falcons fans were not. Childish, not experience in winning a game like that, mainly because they haven't been there but twice now to my knowledge. I can take a lose or a beat down, but when we beat a team down like that our packer fans are classy about to the other fans.
The dome itself was great, except I was harassed by some falcon fan to the point where he had to be escorted out. Beer was dumped on me, fans were screaming in my face during every score and we're falling on us, it was awful. Though it was a rough game for the packers I would've at least liked to enjoy the experience. Perhaps the staff should buckle down on over serving their patrons.
Packer fan here. Stadium was good, lines for food, drinks, and bathroom were what you'd expect at a sold out event and facilities were largely clean. Fans were 95% good/great. Only a few swore at me or were jerks. Most congratulated the Packers on a good run and the fans for traveling well. Every fan base has a few bad apples...
This was my first time at the dome and had a blast, got to bring my two year old granddaughter
