Geraldo (Jerry) was great. The rest of the process was (1) very last minute and (2) absurd details (provided a check showing I paid 2019 taxes to IRS, why do I need to show this for 2018 taxes? If I owed 2018 taxes, IRS would have me pay it prior to 2019 taxes).
