"Good Service" Well today I have purchased my second vehicle from Reginald Johnson at Gerry Wood Kia. He was amazing then, and more amazing today. This is the hardest worker at Gerry Wood Kia from my point of view. He's always comfortable and cool. He always say I got you, so no worries. He always pull through like a magic man. Thank once again Reginald.
"Dedicated and committed to helping " Junior did amazing at helping me get into a new vehicle. At 20 with no credit history it was nearly impossible for anyone to help me make this big of a purchase. After a purchase gone wrong in Wilmington, NC Junior was able to help put me in a new, safe, and reliable vehicle. I definitely recommend visiting him for any of your needs!
"Car shopping at its finest " By far the best automotive experience I've had in quite a while. Fast and friendly service and having a team of professionals isn't such a bad thing either
"Friendly dealership " My over all experience wa great. Everyone in the dealership was helpful and friendly. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. 😊 I purchased a used vehicle from the dealership. The only opportunity that came up was I had to get my door code and key fixed at another place, at my expense.

"Kia Sportage" Our experience with Gerry Wood Kia was excellent from the first phone call we made to the last minute we left the lot with our 2019 Kia Sportage. Josh was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. In no way were we ever pressured by Josh to purchase the vehicle. He was patient and answered any question that arose. We would definitely recommend Josh and Gerry Wood Kia for any Kia purchase.
