"Everyone was a pleasure to work with" It was great working with Jimmy Yelland, Blair Patterson, and Andrew Galloway. The entire staff was very friendly. They were all very professional and worked to get the best deal for me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. 1st Class all the way around.
"2018 Kia Niro EX" Came down to Gerry Wood from out-of-state. Had a situation that ended up being much different than both sides intended. Jimmy was excellent throughout wanted to make sure I was comfortable and that the deal would happen. Blair (sales manager) and Andrew (finance manager) were also very helpful in committing to fix what could have been a bad scenario for all involved. I'd recommend Gerry Wood to others in the future and would love to do business again with Jimmy.
"No start" It was Monday and they were busy but they got us in and found the problem and corrected it. They put in a new battery and washed our car.
