I am so thankful for Ben King professional, responsive and honestly with each step and what to expect. He was available to answer my questions or concerns through text or email which was a huge deal inbetween classes and 12 hour shifts it was really nice to be able to get the information I needed without having to take an extra break or waiting days to find the time to call.
