This is our second loan experience with Ben. To phrase is simply, he goes beyond my expectations related to communication and execution. Ben was always quick to respond to all questions (whether important or trivial on my part), and was completely flexible with our sporadic schedules as nurses during this crazy time. We have already made the choice to use Ben a second time, and would not hesitate to use him again if necessary in the future!
