I spoke with Jill a year before actually purchasing just to try and get an idea of how to go about buying and what all I needed to make sure I had in order. She was very knowledgeable and helpful so we came back to her when we were ready. She made sure we had all of our docs and showed us numbers with every possible outcome to find us the best loan program possible. Overall extremely happy with Jill and her team!
