The professionalism & kindness. I felt like Justin truly cared for me as a customer, and wanted to be sure all of my questions were answered. Anytime there was an event, change or notification, he made sure I was made aware. I felt like I could reach out to him at any time. He's just a great person and definitely an asset to the company.
