Tracy and Teresa made our experience so smooth and easy. They were both willing to answer any question at any point in time. Tracy would take a phone call when away from the office just to ensure everything was right. With interest rates high right now Tracy she he advice as well on how to lower our rates and how to move money in ways to make refinancing easy and worth it.
