I didnâ??t meet with Tracy until the closing date and even then she didnâ??t come in until the end of it. Tracy was good with communicating what I needed and making sure we were on time for closing. From my experience with past mortgage companies, I had less interaction with Tracy. Could be because of Covid, but was a little disappointed she wasnâ??t there to answer my questions at the closing until the very last page.

Tracy was AMAZING! She contact back immediately, Her help was amazing and the whole process was joyful and not stressful. She explain very clear what can/ need to be done in step by step process. she is not just a wonderful professional but she is also having wonderful personality. Simply the best!
