Being a first time home buyer, I knew nothing. David walked me thru every step of the process. Communication was off the chart! He would call or text almost daily, keeping me informed of each step. He doesn't hold to the banking hours, he is available all hours I simply cannot say enough about how awesome this man is! It was a rough process, but he kept my determination up, in times i was ready to give up. On a score of 1-10, i seriously would give him a 100

I am well aware that I was not the only client David was working with when I was trying to go get everything taken care of for my loan, but he never made me feel like just another client. He guided me with exactly what needed to be done and we had some laughs along they way. This was my first time buying a home and I envisioned it to be a stressful time and to be honest, I was intimidated by David and his title at first.
